Full-Time employees and their eligible dependents may participate in the Premier Cooperative benefits program. Benefits begin at the first of the month following the date of hire of full-time employment.
Benefit elections made during new hire eligibility can't be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event. Please refer to your benefits guide for more information.
